REFUND POLICY

We accept refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is defective due to a manufacturing fault or damaged during shipping.

Eligibility for a Refund:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged upon arrival
  • The request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Photo or video evidence of the defect must be provided

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Items showing normal wear and tear without defects
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
  4. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
