REFUND POLICY
We accept refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is defective due to a manufacturing fault or damaged during shipping.
Eligibility for a Refund:
- The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged upon arrival
- The request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- Photo or video evidence of the defect must be provided
Non-Eligible Items:
- Items showing normal wear and tear without defects
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date
How to Request a Refund:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos
- We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
